-1830- Hospitality Night – Clam/Lobster Bake at the Anchorage Inn

Thursday, June 25th
-0800 – Registration & Grab Bag Pickup
-0900 – Day Tours departure
-1000- Golf outing at the Cape Neddick CC
-1000 - Motorcycle Ride of the region
-1800 – Opening Ceremonies – Gazebo – Short Sands Beach
-1830 – Keynote Address – York Beach Fire Station

Friday, June 26th
-0800 – 1200 – Hands On Training Evolutions
-0900-1400 – Outlet shopping trip
-1230 – Chief Billy Goldfeder – York Beach Fire Station
-1700 – Isle of Shoals Dinner Cruise

Saturday, June 27th
-0830 – Presidents & E-Board Breakfast Meeting at the Anchorage Inn
-1000 – 2009 FOOLS Grand Prix at Maine Indoor Karting
-1500 – Closing Ceremonies & Awards
-1830 - Brotherhood Bash – Lobster in the Rough.
